Processing Window: All orders are subject to a processing period of 1 to 3 business days. This includes payment verification, quality inspection, and meticulous packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) on Fridays, or during the weekend, will begin processing on the following Monday.

Inventory Availability: In the rare event that an item is out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you via email within 24 hours to offer a substitution, a backorder update, or a full refund.
2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Timelines
We currently focus our services on customers within the United States (including the lower 48 states, Hawaii, and Alaska).

Standard Delivery: Our average delivery window is 7 to 15 business days following the processing period.

Logistics Partners: We partner with reputable global and local carriers, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS, to ensure reliable door-to-door delivery.

Service Limitations: Please note that we do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses to ensure secure delivery and signature tracking where necessary.
3. Shipping Costs & Transparency

Free Standard Shipping: To provide the best value to our customers, YzulolNest offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders across our entire catalog. There are no hidden handling fees or surprise charges at checkout.

Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be calculated based on your shipping destination and will be clearly displayed before you finalize your purchase.
4. Real-Time Shipment Tracking
Transparency is key to a stress-free shopping experience.

Tracking Notification: As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your Tracking Number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking portal.

Activation Period: Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to synchronize and display movement in the carrier's system. If your tracking number does not show any updates after 3 business days, please contact our support team immediately.
5. Managing Delivery Delays
While we strive for punctuality, certain factors beyond our control (such as severe weather conditions, customs inspections, or peak holiday seasons) may cause delays.

Proactive Communication: If we anticipate a delay exceeding 5 business days beyond our standard window, we will reach out to you proactively with an updated delivery estimate.

Lost Packages: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great pride in the quality of our solid wood and hand-woven products. However, if an item arrives damaged:

Required Documentation: To expedite your claim, please provide your order number and high-resolution photos of both the damaged product and the exterior shipping box with the label visible.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate and complete. If you notice an error in your address, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot redirect or cancel orders once they have been dispatched to the carrier.
