1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

2. Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at support@yzulolnest.com.

  1. Request: Email our support team with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues (Quality Guarantee)

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@yzulolnest.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

  • For damaged solid wood or hand-woven items, please provide clear photos of the product and the shipping label.

  • We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a free replacement or a full refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

  • Sale items or gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Return Shipping Fees

  • For Defective/Damaged Items: If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), YzulolNest will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

  • For Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item due to personal preference (e.g., you no longer want the item or chose the wrong size), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

7. Refund Policy & Timeline

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Delayed Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
