YzulolNest ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing a Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, YzulolNest will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the Site.

Your Notice of Alleged Infringement must include the following information:

  • Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

  • Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

4. Counter-Notification

If you receive a notification that your content has been removed due to a copyright complaint, and you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake.

  • Your contact information and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

YzulolNest reserves the right to terminate access to our Site for users who are found to be "repeat infringers" of the intellectual property rights of others.
